Terms of Use
Payment of licensing fee
Each person who participates in The Global Business Game business
simulation must pay the licensing fee. As a convenience to the participants
and instructor, the total cost of using the software is broken down
into a per-person fee. If some of the participants on a team do
not pay for the service, then the total cost is not recovered.
Every person on a team must purchase the legal right to participate
in The Global Business Game simulation.
The instructor will be asked to collect the licensing fee for any
student who is participating in The Global Business Game simulation,
but has not paid for that right. If there is difficulty in collecting
the fee, then the head administrator of the associated college/university/business
will be asked to help collect the fee.
Validity of accounts
Students' accounts are valid for the period of time that starts
at the moment the student signs up for the game and ends 8 weeks
after the last quarter of the game is due. We reserve the right
to grant extended access to the student on a per case basis.
Instructors' accounts validity is not time limited.
