GBG team provides free support via email or over the phone for
the faculty who are using GBG in their course.
GBG support is available Monday through Friday 8AM - 9PM and Saturday & Sunday 10AM - 7PM, Eastern Time (GMT -5 hours), except during company holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. Emergency support is available 24 hours a day for registered Instructors.
Instructor materials
GBG simulation includes a host of handouts, lectures and presentations
to make it easier for you to incorporate GBG into your course. Designed
as templates for every activity associated with GBG, these materials
are available to registered GBG Instructors.
