A student license number purchased directly from Innovative Learning
Solutions, Inc., may be returned for full credit if it has not been
used. If you purchased a student license number from a vendor other
than Innovative Learning Solutions, Inc., please contact the vendor

Upon receiving your request to return an unused student license
number, we will first determine if the request is valid and then
issue the credit to the credit card used in the purchase. The credit
amount will be the same as the amount originally paid at the time
A license number is determined to be unused if our database indicates
no one has registered to play with that license number or the licensed
person has not progressed beyond the second quarter of play. Once
the software has been used in quarter 3, it will no longer be possible
to grant a refund on the license. All return requests for refund
must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
If a student license number is returned, it will be deactivated.
In other words, it will no longer be valid for participation in
any simulation game.
